PREP was a crazy and fun
experience. The program taught me a lot, not only
with education but also life goals and situations.
It was a rewarding program and
remember, don't steal Jesse's shoes.

I like how PREP is giving

I like Prep because it
is a taste of college life. We're very free and pretty
much on our own, but it does make us more responsible
because you get to
know what it feels like to not always have your parents
correct all of your mistakes and it kind of teaches
you maturity a little bit.

I learned about new subjects
that will prepare me for my future. The Colorado School
of Mines campus is truly breathtaking and is definitely
worth the visit. Three cheers for PREP: Hip Hip Hooray,

The thing that I like the
most about this program is that my peers are very
nice to me. Whenever I need help they help me, whenever
I was not feeling good they did their best to cheer
me up, and they always were making me laugh, or trying
to make me laugh.

thing that I've done all summer, I've gotten to know

Load up on Starbucks and
power bars and stay up the whole night right before
exams like me. Remember, when you see Jesse, run the
opposite direction unless you want to get tackled.

PREP is an excellent program,
and there are many things that I like about it. The
entire experience is exciting, and seems to just force
you to like it. You can meet many new people, make
new friends, and form an interesting little community.

PREP has been fascinating in many ways. The first
of which has been the intelligent/social structure.
In PREP, people who are usually bright but shy get
a chance to socialize in a way most school environments
just don't even allow.

The things I liked about
PREP is the experience of being a college student
for 2 weeks and meet new friends that are really friendly.
We did a lot of fun stuff like going to Denver Museum,
eating together, playing together, etc. I really have
a lot of fun being in PREP.

If there was one thing I enjoyed the most it would
be the new and cool friends that I met here, because
they made me feel at home and I could tell them
anything. They were always there for me! To me,
if there is one thing I can say about this group,
it would be that everyone here will be a superstar
someday!!!!!!!!!

It was hard to get started
but once I got going I
had a great time, made good friends and understood
the great opportunity that was given to me by being
accepted into this enriching program. As a tip, I
would tell the new kids to do the stuff they need
to do before they do the stuff that they want to do,
and they will survive and have a good time as well.

I've enjoyed PREP because
I got to meet several new people and make new friends
that I wouldn't have met if wouldn't have come. I
also like PREP because I started to learn higher math,
and science, and have learned something that I haven't
learned about at my regular school.

me. I learned so much in the classes and was challenged
by the work. I also made a lot of new friends. Everybody
was so nice and fun to hang out with. I will always
remember my two weeks at PREP.

When times get rough, always
think on the positive side and don't let anything
discourage you. Whether you did horribly bad on an
exam or you screwed up on your homework, don't let
that get you down. When I get stressed, I always talk
to my friends or family and it makes me feel at ease,
again.
