Minority Engineering Program
Welcome
The Minority Engineering Program (MEP) at the Colorado School of Mines (CSM) goal is to graduate ethnic minorities in the areas of Math, Science, and Engineering. MEP was established on the Mines campus in 1989. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to the MEP mission and we have seen the program blossom into an integral part of the Mines community.
"We, at MEP, not only work to help our students to become great engineers, scientists, economists, professors, or whatever profession they choose to pursue, but we also work to help them become great people." - Khanh Vu, MEP Director
Each year MEP offers a variety of activities and programs for our current and future students. We evaluate our programs on a yearly basis with the desire to create the best environment possible for success of our students.
